Video Contest Rules & Regulations

Eligibility

Must be 13 years or older to enter. (ANYONE Under 12 years of age) to the date of the start of the VOTE TO WIN must have parent consent form signed, submitted & accepted by the time stated in the rules, located on RULES page. Contest is open to individuals worldwide, except where prohibited by local law.

How to Enter

Creators must upload their video to bSocial and categorize it under "VOTE TO WIN" to be eligible for the contest. This categorization is essential for us to identify and review all contest entries. In addition to selecting the correct category, videos must utilize royalty-free, non-copyright music provided via the hyperlink below. Ensuring your video is correctly categorized and uses the approved music is crucial for your entry to be considered valid.

Voting and Winning

The video with the most likes wins. Each like counts as one vote. Creators are encouraged to have their social following like the video to win. The Vote to Win resets every 30 days, with a prize of $100 USD paid via Gift Card. All participants must have a minimum of 50 Likes per video entered in Vote to Win to qualify for redeeming Gift Card. One Creators Video with the most likes by the 30 day ending at midnight CST time will be considered the winner and reached out to on bSocial BuZz messenger and emailed. The Next Vote to Win will start the next day at 12 noon CST.

Prize Claim

The winner will be contacted via email and bSocial messenger. To claim their prize, winners must speak with a bSocial Contest representative to provide their ID for verification to user profile. All awards are redeemed through email & bSocial BuZz messenger..

By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations. bSocial reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or that is deemed inappropriate or offensive. bSocial is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

Participants grant bSocial the right to use their videos for advertising, promotion, and other business purposes without further compensation or notice.

Participants release bSocial from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the contest or the prize.

Personal information collected from participants will be used by bSocial only for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding the prizes, unless the participant has opted to receive further information and promotional offers.
