Under 12 Video Contest Rules & Regulations

Eligibility for Under 12

Participants under 12 years of age at the start date of the contest must have a Parental Consent Form signed and submitted along with a video submission featuring their parent or guardian stating their approval for participation. The parent or guardian will claim the prize on behalf of the under-12 participant.

Parental Consent & Video Submission Process

To enter, the parent or guardian must:

  1. Complete and sign the Parental Consent Form.
  2. Record a short video with the participant stating the parent or guardian's approval for contest entry.
  3. Submit the signed form and approval video via the contest entry page.

This process ensures compliance with US federal law and our contest rules.

To participate in the "VOTE TO WIN" contest, all entrants under 12 years of age must have a parent or guardian complete and sign a Parental Consent Form. This form is a legal requirement to ensure compliance with US federal law and protects both the participant and bSocial.

Prize Claim by Parent/Guardian

In the event of winning, the prize will be awarded to the parent or guardian who submitted the consent form. They will be contacted via email to claim the prize on behalf of the under-12 participant.
