Bsocial.buzz Terms of Use
1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Bsocial.buzz. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Content Ownership and Rights

a) Ownership: All content uploaded to Bsocial.buzz remains the intellectual property of the original creator.

b) Rights Granted to Bsocial: By uploading content, creators grant Bsocial.buzz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for business, marketing, and media purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

a) Content Responsibility: Users and creators are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, and engage with.

b) Legal Compliance: Users must ensure that their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Earnings and Payments

a) Earnings Breakdown: Content creators earn 80% of all subscription payments. The remaining 20% covers Bsocial's operational costs.

b) Payment Method: To receive payments, creators must complete the Stripe form provided in their profile. Payments are made via direct deposit monthly.

5. User Wallets and Subscriptions

a) Adding Funds: Users can add funds to their Bsocial wallet to engage with creators at a minimum upload of $15 USD. Users cannot redeem amounts less than $10 USD.

b) Subscription Payments: Subscription payments are processed separately via Stripe. 

c) Payment Processing: All outgoing payments to users are processed through PayPal upto 96 hours of request.

6. Content Guidelines

Users must adhere to our content guidelines, which prohibit explicit material, hate speech, violence, and other inappropriate content. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

7. Violation Consequences

a) Warnings: Minor violations may result in a warning.

b) Suspensions: Repeated or severe violations can lead to temporary account suspension.

c) Permanent Bans: Extreme violations or repeated suspensions can result in a permanent ban.

8. Cozy Content Philosophy

We champion content that fosters community, warmth, and positivity. We encourage creators to align with this philosophy for a harmonious platform environment

9. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use of another creator's content will result in immediate action. Users must ensure they have rights to all content they upload.

10. AI Terms

Bsocial.buzz uses AI from HuggingFace.co and OpenAI. We're developing AI tools for search optimization, ensuring user data privacy.

11. Nectar Token System

Users earn "Nectar" tokens as rewards. These tokens serve various purposes on the platform, enhancing user experience.

12. Monetization for Creators

Creators can apply for monetization but must meet specific criteria. Not all applications will be approved, and Bsocial.buzz's decision is final.

13. No Refunds Policy

All funds added are non-refundable, except in cases of platform errors or issues directly attributable to Bsocial.buzz. A full internal investigation will take place and couple be up to 30 days for resolution and refund if foudn to be fault of bsocial. 

14. Advertising on Bsocial.buzz

Users can advertise by adding funds to their wallet. Rates are subject to change, and users are advised to check current rates before advertising

15. Buzz Clips

Short video format for all users, offering engagement tools. Buzz Clips can go Viral at anytime on Bosicl for no apparent reasoning based on user enaggement. Buzz Clips are the pathway to creating a successful bSocial channel for monetization. Content from other platforms is welcome if users own the content.

16. Popular Channels Section

A showcase of top-tier content, curated based on user engagement and activity.

17. Legal Protections

Bsocial.buzz reserves the right to modify these terms. Users agree to indemnify Bsocial.buzz against any claims resulting from platform use.
